This video combines the music and performance of Mowie with abstract animations and video editing done by John. The film takes you on a short adventure through the worlds of sights, sounds, colors, motion and music. It is part music video and part art house experimental short film. You can think of it like taking a ride at the amusement park or view it the same way you might view fireworks or abstract art.

Director Biography - John Dawson

John Dawson lives just outside of Boulder, Colorado and is the son of Colorado watercolor artist Milly Dawson. He is a visual artist with a background in traditional animation, film making, video production, graphics, photography, sculpture and fine art. His films have been screened and won awards in several different film festivals all over the world.

Director Statement

This video combines the music and performance of Mowie with abstract animations and video editing done by John. It is part music video and part art house experimental short film. The video is a collaboration with the artist massimiliano (Mowie) who is is a sound designer, junior audio engineer, podcast recorder and editor, doing studio-based audio work and electronic music producer working out of London.
