Director Biography - Giacomo Talamini

Born in Treviso in 1982, Giacomo Talamini has devoted himself to independent cinema, overseeing the independent film "MGS: Philanthropy" in 2009, an Italian science fiction project inspired by the video game saga "Metal Gear Solid". He has directed commercials for well-known brands and agencies, and since 2012, he has been the CEO of Hive Division, a film production, VFX, and VR company specializing in high-technical and experimental productions, based on original narratives and a video language influenced by science fiction and video games. Since 2017, he has been an executive producer for high-budget feature films and commercials. In 2019, he directed "La Fiamma," his first short film, produced by Hive Division. In 2023/2024 Giacomo directed the short documentary "The Day After", to show the consequences of car accidents on victims and their family. In 2024, Giacomo is going to shoot his first feature film, "L'Angelo del Grappa".
