Director Statement

"The Cream's Gambit" is a film that brings together two of my favorite things: absurdist comedy and the game of chess. I wanted to create a film that celebrates the unexpected and turns conventions on their head. In this movie, a simple request for cream in one's tea leads to a hilarious and unexpected outcome.

I wanted to create a film that appeals to audiences of all ages and backgrounds, and I believe that the combination of humor and the promise of strategy will do just that. I hope that "The Cream's Gambit" will leave audiences with a smile on their faces and a new appreciation for the this type of humor.
