The Bloofer Lady

The Bloofer Lady is a character in Bram Stoker’s, Dracula. A phantom of the night that lurks in graveyards and summons children - then feeds on them.

This Gothic Tale takes place in a modern-day suburb where children, enjoying their summer vacation, are slowly beckoned into the dark and gloomy shadows of an old cemetery.

Born in Philadelphia, DiFrancesco is an accomplished screenwriter, novelist and occasional lyricist. He has written and produced award-winning films and music videos. He has several novels in publication, as well as, recorded songs which he has written.

This story has been stirring around in my head for years. I believe it embodies elements of Salem’s Lot, Fright Night and Stranger Things.
