Born 1988 in Japan. Lives and works in Tokyo.
Graduated from Musashino Art Academy.
He has loved drawing since childhood and aspired to be a painter, but a class he took as an art student led him to video production.
With no experience in filmmaking, he produced his first movie, "The Afterlife Photo".
Filming started in 2021, but the production time was extended due to the coronavirus pandemic. The film was completed in the spring of 2023.
He was responsible for the script, cinematography, editing and music of the film.
It all started with a real postmortem photo. When I saw the photo, I knew I wanted to make a film based on it.
New values are born every day, but I believe that "mourning for the dead" is a very primitive emotion that proves that we are all human.
This film looks like a horror film at first glance, but the theme is love. I tried to avoid a dark mood as much as possible, so please enjoy the film.
