Born in 1982 in the Republic of Buryatia, Russia. Started being interested in acting profession and non-verbal theatre in high school. In 1999 Dorjy entered East Siberian Academy of Culture and Arts, specialisation Actor of Plastic Drama. He graduated the Academy with honour in 2004 and moves to Omsk. In Omsk he worked for 2 years till 2006 and then moved to Saint-Petersburg. Being a part of the Theatre of Plasctic Drama “CheloVEK” became a laureate of International Festivals “Golden mask”, “SIB Altera”, “Four Elements”, “Ethnics”, “Siberian transit”, “High Fest”, etc.
In 2010 Dorjy passed an audition to Cirque Du Soleil for the show “Radio city”, in 2012 he took part in Du Soleil project “Clown lab” by the direction of Michel Courtemanche.
In 2011 entered Russian State Institute of Cinematography and moved to Moscow. Took part in the following cinema projects: the film “Fabric” 2013 (directed by Natalya Naphtalieva) as the director of plastic movement, the film “Hammar” 2015 (by Nurbeck Egen) as the second director.
