Terri Thomas is a classical violinist, medical doctor, educator, short film producer, and now feature screenwriter. She has lived in Charleston, SC for 30 years as a pediatric/adolescent specialist to the medically underserved. Becoming well-versed in the impact of poverty and race on the health and wellness of Charleston’s families, she lived through the cataclysmic event of the Mother Emanuel shootings in 2015. She now feels compelled to tell her Charleston story.
