Tat Tvam Asi - That You Are!
Striving to blend into his life abroad, the son of an Indian migrant has spent a lifetime shedding his heritage. However, following the death of his father, he is forced into a reluctant maiden voyage to India to perform the final rites. What begins as a heavy, perfunctory duty dissolves into a series of transformative encounters—with people, rituals, and the profound silences of the landscape. As he navigates the waters of his ancestral home, he must decide if he will continue to live as a fragment of himself or embrace the philosophy of Tat Tvam Asi—the realization that wherever you go, the core of who you are remains the same.
