THE SKY CITY

After losing his wife Natalie and their unborn child in a tragic accident, Tom becomes consumed by grief and guilt. Unable to forgive himself for the moment that changed everything, he abandons the world around him and drifts toward self-destruction.

When a second accident places him on the boundary between life and death, Tom finds himself in a mysterious realm where memories, regret, and unfinished love take physical form. Guided by a silent guardian known as Enoch, he is forced to confront the choices that defined his life and the moments he failed to truly see.

As Tom searches for Natalie beyond the limits of the living world, he discovers that love cannot survive in memory alone. To move forward, he must learn the hardest lesson of all: the people we lose remain with us not through death, but through the way we choose to live.

THE SKY CITY is a philosophical romantic drama about grief, redemption, and the fragile connection between memory, loss, and hope.

Writer Statement

I wrote "The Sky City" to explore the fragile boundary between life and death, and the idea that love does not belong to either world — it simply continues. Through Tom’s journey, I wanted to show that hope, regret, and memory can all exist in one timeless space. This script reflects my personal fascination with the unseen connections between souls and the eternal search for meaning.
