Nile, the village's literary backbone, wanted to become a star, to work for the band in dongguan.Six months later, he returned to OM DIAN, and his life changed dramatically. His wife was having an affair, and the two girls left him.The battered Nile, who began his marriage and despair of life, spent his days drinking.
In 2018, the 300-year-old village is about to be relocated, where the future of OM DIAN is?
2012年，翁丁开始大力发展旅游，第六代寨主杨岩那的家变成了旅游景点，他每天坐在家里供游客观赏、拍照。儿子杨建国不愿继承寨主的职位。因为寨主已经没有了当初的话语权。
村民尼勒，一心想成为明星，为组建乐队去东莞打工。妻子有了外遇，半年后回到家里，两个女儿也离他而去。家庭破裂后，为了报复，戏剧性的找到了抢走他老婆的男人的妻子，在手机里与对方谈起了恋爱……
一年之后，两次失恋的尼勒，对婚姻绝望，白天饮酒度日，晚上在县城里的红灯区与缅甸过来的小姐唱歌跳舞。
2018年，翁丁这个300百年的村寨，马上就要被搬迁。
杨岩那已经82岁，他拿起了象征寨主权威那个生了锈的标枪，走到村口远远看了一眼新的村寨……

Director Statement

OM DIAN, a wa village on the southwestern border of China, has been built for nearly 300 years. OM DIAN is called "The Last Primitive Tribe" by China national geographic.
In 2012, the local government cooperated with tourism companies to demonstrate the relocation of wonding in "lijiang ancient city". The old village was used for tourism development, and the relocation was opposed by the villagers. This year，I began to focus on OM DIAN.
At present, we have been shooting for 7 years, and we have selected 3 people to follow the shooting, and recorded the change and change of the system of the system.
Like onding, every village in China is a Summer Palace. For the wa people who crawl in the world of ghosts, the magical realism has always been accompanied by the spirit and reality, and the freedom is always high.
China is in OM DIAN.
翁丁，中国西南边境的一个佤族村寨，建寨至今近300年历史。翁丁被中国国家地理称为“最后一个原始部落”。
2012年，当地政府与旅游公司合作，以“丽江古城”为示范搬迁翁丁，老寨用于旅游发展，搬迁遭到村民一致反对。这一年摄制组开始关注翁丁。
目前已经拍摄6年，选取了两个家庭跟踪拍摄，记录翁丁的制度话语权更替与变化，翁丁类似钱钟书笔下的“围城”，外面的人想进去，里面的人想出来。从翁丁能看到一种文化的表情以及一种文化的消亡。
与翁丁一样，中国每个这样的村庄都是一座圆明园。对于匍匐在神鬼世界里的佤族，魔幻现实主义的思想下神鬼与现实一直相伴其身，望而不可及的自由一直在高处。
中国就在翁丁。
