Director Statement

I'm a budding filmmaker, and my passion is for telling and recording stories. This project was developed with a very limited budget, using almost entirely just the cell phone. But with a lot of dedication and passion. May this report contribute to encouraging producers and sellers of artisanal foods around the world.

Long live the cinema, Long live the culture.
