Director Biography - Amanda Hess, Ariel Naryan

Ariel Narayan is a fourth year film and television student at Boston University. In 2024 she directed The Pale Lady (a junior project), in addition to her thesis film, Swan Song. Ariel's notable credits include her music video Cemetery Fire, which won several awards in its 2024 festival run. She is dedicated

Amanda Hess is an award-winning, independent writer, director, and producer based in New York and New England. Originally from Philadelphia, she earned her Bachelor's of Science in Film/Television and Media Science from Boston University's College of Communication. She is an ambassador for Women in Film and aims to tell character-driven stories from a Gen-Z perspective.
