Swamp

My diploma work is a video clip animation for the band Trampúr, made with pixilation technique. I hand crocheted the clothes of the monsters in the clip and then sewed the crocheted accessories onto the finished clothes. The lake, "The Swamp" -as the clip is named- and its surroundings were an established location for both the song itself and the music video. The video clip and the song as a whole are not based on coherent storytelling, but rather on mood painting and the display of various symbols. The story takes place in Eger: the lyrics were inspired by moments lived here, the filming locations are linked to the lyrics here and there, while in others they leave room for free association. The lyrics express the personal experiences of the author, in which a brief, but all the more beautiful and eventful, affair takes centre stage.
