Director Statement

Until the documentary was broadcast, he would have been considered by many to be "a person who was falsely imprisoned for the eighth murder of a serial killer on Hwaseong." The documentary, featuring Yoon Sung-yeo, the victim of a provocative incident, focused on the life of a human being named Sung-yeo as the title suggests.

After six months of "time" and repeated efforts to persuade him, the production team faithfully follows Yoon Sung-yeo's 11 retrial trials. Thanks to this, viewers have the opportunity to recognize Yoon Sung-yeo as a person around us who tries to correct the wrong thing, not as a broadcasting star with an empty story.

The director Lee said how Yoon Sung-yeo survived the 30 years he lived with the stigma of being a murderer and It's amazing not to blame anyone and he truly respect Sung-yeo.
