Director Statement

Sun-Kissed Memories comes from that all too-familiar feeling of being stuck in a dull, repetitive cycle, waiting for something - or someone to come along and fix it all. Sam’s story mirrors those moments in life when every day feels the same, but deep down, you’re hoping for a spark to break the monotony. I’ve been there, clinging to the idea that the right person or the right moment could change everything. This film explores what happens when that spark arrives but doesn’t stay, forcing you to realise that the real change has to come from within. It’s about finding purpose in the midst of the mundane and learning to create your own way forward.
