Hulon is an award winning cinematographer, director, camera operator, gaff, and director, with an extensive film production career. His start as a creative began in 1993, photographing clay animation stills, creative design (digital/print), and photo editing. After graduating Tulane University in Communications/Media Arts in 2005, he moved to Los Angeles to begin working with film companies, specializing in investment finance, working as crew on infomercials, commercials, music videos, and indie shorts. In 2016, Hulon won Outlaw Film Festival's "Best Local Music Video" award, for his work with Grammy Award winner Howard Hewett. His uncle, Thomas Henson, is a director based out of Hollywood, working predominately in live television.
Set sometime in the 70s, we get to see these free-loving and spirited women in what feels like the rural Pacific Northwest. This video features music by The Byrds, from the song "Turn! Turn! Turn!," period truck, and a Super 8 film stock look to help set the scene. This short is adapted from writer Ashleigh Rainey's "Moon Water" music video.
