The Desk Boss Award for Best In Genre - Animation
For the better part of two decades, Qu Griffin has accumulated vast expertise in the entertainment industry. All of which he acquired through self-discipline and informal training. Thus his determination to achieve the best quality of anything he creates is as relentless as his imagination.
However, there is more than meets the eye to this native-born Texan, for Qu's talents stretch beyond his skills as a storyteller and digital artist. He is a self-taught professional musician and has been the lead vocalist of opening acts for national bands like Saving Abel, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Puddle of Mudd, and Smile Empty Soul. Qu has also spent time in front of and behind the camera as an actor, stunt coordinator, and voice actor. He picks up on new changes efficiently and has a strong presence on stage and in film. Some of his work on and off screen includes Carnage Radio (2023), The Archway Man (2022), Still Mine (2022), Girls Guns and Blood (2019), Dead Man's Fuel (2019), and The Order of Things (2012).
The world is full of inspiration for story-telling. Be it sad or uplifting, fact or fiction. Listen to your heart and your imagination. The rest will naturally fall into place.
