Solène Anglaret is a storyteller looking to build bridges of hope over borders of stigma and isolation.
She is the Founder of Be Beyond Borders, author of four books, and cast member of The BPD Bunch. Her areas of focus are on mental health and neurodiversity, having lived experience of BPD and ADHD.
Over the past 15 years, Solène has lived and worked in seven different countries (France, Norway, US, UK, China, Australia, and is currently based in Dubai, UAE) and travelled to over 70.
After a career in corporate and government, she decided to become a full-time freelancer and now provides consulting, mentoring, and storytelling services.
In 2023, she was named one of the Women Who Change the World and Top 50 most influential neurodivergent women in the UK for her ongoing advocacy work.
