Stand Up for Change

On April 20th, 2018 over 450 students at Robert E Lee High school in San Antonio walked out of their classes to protest lax gun laws. The students waged a peaceful protest for over three hours chanting, telling their stories, and calling for a change.

Artist Biography

Margaret Owens is a 18 year old filmmaker from San Antonio, TX. She loves to tell stories and knows where things look their best. She currently attends North East School of the Arts for Film and has been accepted into the photography program at Watkins College of Art and Design. In her own words, "I believe in capturing the natural beauty in everyone. Everyone has an aura to them and it's my job to capture it."
