Director Biography - Ethan Gurule

Ethan Gurule was born and raised in Colorado and has always had
a passion for film making. Since the age of 10. with a cheap
camcorder in hand, he began shooting short films with only his
family and a pile of stuffed animals. In High School, he took
several film classes, which is where his passion truly took off.
Ethan attended a film summer camp which gave birth to his
production company 725 Productions. After graduating High
School, he went off to attend the Colorado Film School for a
degree in writing and directing. He met some of his best friends
and collaborators here and shot the film Staccato, which went on
to be included in festivals across the country and was the
recipient of a student achievement award at the Heartland
Chapter of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Ethan
believes strongly in the stories he tells and the work that he
does and is passionate about ensuring all of these stories get
told.
