Artist Statement

As a visual storyteller from Sreenathdi, Madaripur, I am deeply connected to the land, people, and rhythms of rural Bangladesh. Through this photograph, I aim to preserve the raw beauty and cultural heritage of my village—where golden paddy fields stretch under open skies, and the simplicity of life breathes freely.

“নিজ গ্রাম তুলে ধরা” is not just a picture—it’s a personal tribute to the village that shaped me. My lens captures the everyday grace of agriculture, the bond between humans and nature, and the timeless charm of a rural Bengali lifestyle. In a fast-changing world, I believe it’s vital to visually archive and celebrate places like Sreenathdi—where tradition, environment, and peace still coexist.

By sharing this work, I hope to connect with audiences who value authenticity, cultural identity, and the powerful silence of a rural frame. This project is both a love letter and a visual preservation of my roots.
