Spy Basket: Creative Ethnography
A Creative Ethnographer, attempting to avoid the 'Observer's Paradox', decides to become invisible in his search for true and objective data. In a curious mixture of scientific observation and imagination, the filmmaker explores the creative process through a series of artistic portraits, a shopping basket with a hidden camera and a sewage canal in South East Asia.

Dr Emit has been making films since he was 12 years old on a borrowed super 8mm camera, VHS and lately on 4k digital SLR. Directing a string of music videos, running an experimental film festival and more recently documentary making and Creative Ethnography: a space of research, collaboration and creativity.
The story is never your own, it grows from something much bigger than the individual filmmaker.
