Sounds of the Ocean is a project to build a deep connection to the ocean and yourself. This award-winning production is an official UN Ocean Decade Activity and represents a global community of ocean stewards across the United States, Costa Rica, the Middle East and Europe. Our 25-min feature film is designed to take you on a "deep dive" to better understand what life is like underwater, the beauty of dolphin and whale song and the importance to protect ocean life. Our hope is that people find the experience to be deeply relaxing and supportive of their overall wellbeing. The project invites the perspective that from this place of loving connection, we can start to explore how we can all make small changes to our daily habits to reduce our consumption and live more sustainably through peaceful activism.
