Candace Kirkpatrick is an "actress who commands attention," a "keen performer who breathes life and vitality into each of her roles." She is a method-trained actress in Stanislavski, Uta Hagen, and Meisner with a BFA and MFA., While working in New York , Candace was continually asked to separate "her work from her 'religion'". After much prayer, she left the business and began writing and directing for schools and churches while raising her own family. In 2018 the Lord brought her back into this industry to create entertainment done with excellence and integrity that can inspire, uplift, and impact . Her heartfelt desire is to do work that truthfully expresses the human condition while showing there is great beauty in redemption. "For Jesus came to seek and save that which was lost." (Luke 19:10). So whether in front of the camera or behind the camera, he sole desire is to do work that brings Christ into every conversation.
When invited to create a short for the Quarantine Film Festival, I wanted to create a message of hope that transcends this pandemic. Daily we all face various trials and tribulations. Though our situations may be different, He does not change. He redeems for He is our hope. Thanks for watching.
