Song of Wind

Pegah, a teenage girl is passionate about singing, however political and Islamic laws and rules in a male dominated society don't allow her to pursue her dreams as it is said that women's voices are forbidden to be heard. She resists and finds her master who supports her without noticing what the society dictates. her master teaches her to be strong against the adversities and help her to fix her two broken wings to fly.

An an artist and a woman who lives in Iran, could identify with Pegah. I could feel her loneliness, her isolation and her thoughts. The limitations and restrictions she faced, I faced too.
