William is a retired U.S. Navy Oceanographer and author. Concurrent with his naval service, he wrote four spec scripts and had two pitch sessions for a direct-to-syndication tv series at Paramount Pictures. After his retirement he produced, directed, marketed and distributed a five-star video podcast on Apple iTunes, and has recently earned Executive and Associate Producer credits on the dark comedy Total Party Kill. He brings these skills to a new round of writing fiction for television.
