Smart heads wear a helmet! – A cartoon on cycling safety

Road safety is continuously important. The little ones are the most vulnerable road users and thus exposed to the greatest danger. So - this danger combined with youthful carelessness is what worries
adults the most. Unfortunately, lectures and instructions run in vain. Therefore creanovo – motion & media design GmbH created and produced a first cartoon which allows our client “Aktion Kinder-Unfallhilfe e.V.” to inform about improved road safety by wearing a helmet in a child-friendly and entertaining manner.

The "Smart heads wear a helmet!" initiative was brought to life through the council chairman, Arwid Romey, of the city and district parent council Cloppenburg .

Director Biography - Axel Kempf

Axel Kempf was born in Wilhelmshaven in 1968. He is an enthusiastic watercolorist since his early childhood. He visited the Käthe Kollwitz Gymnasium and received his high-school diploma before leaving for Hanover to earn his university diploma in “Visual communication and design informatics”. After finishing his degree he established the design agency “Kreaktor - visual communication & new media GmbH” in Hanover. He was the leading manager until the year 2017 and was awarded numerous trophies for interactive software (Volkswagen AG, EKD, Ernst Klett Verlag, ...)

In the same year Axel Kempf established the “creanovo - motion & media design GmbH”. Together with his team he was able to secure a multitude of Awards ( among others: 5 of the German Stevie Award in gold, twice in silver and 3 times in bronze. In addition to the love for conceptions of interactive, movie and corporate design projects, handmade drawings, acrylic paintings and watercolor art are still dear to his heart.
