While working at ENMU-R Johnnie wrote, directed, edited, and starred in a short feature, Diario de Muerte, which won first prize as Best Narrative Fiction and Audience Choice award at the Sightings Film Festival in March of 2006. Additionally, Johnnie’s behind-the-scenes work within IATSE includes many multi-million-dollar productions such as North Country, First Snow and the ABC television series, Wildfire. Johnnie continued to study Acting, became a member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and, in 2007, moved to Albuquerque, NM where he currently lives.
