I completed my Bachelor of Mass Media course in 2014. Also pursued a film editing diploma. But didn't learned the actual filmmaking in my life. Since filmmaking was my passion, done few shortfilms as a director, actor & editor just as a practice. Then I started reading thoughtful books and came to know about social, political, economic, environmental, cultural issues, etc. and decided to make movies which gives us something meaningful. And started my first documentary movie alone when I was in 2nd year of BMM and later some new friends joined my project.
The art is a medium to express our thoughts which should be free of limitations. The art has a historical relation of people and its culture. That's why it should not be misused. If our medium of art helps to liberate the oppressed ones, then it'll be a revolutionary thing. Today's mainstream movies are nothing but fiction. Looking at this scenario, I decided to search for the historical relation of culture and people of my country and made my first documentary which features the artists & intellectuals of Maharashtra state from where Bollywood comes.
