Private Project

September 8, 1943 - The Silent Agreement

Elisabetta inherits the house of her great-aunt Maria in the land of "Roman Castels", and, driven by family memories, she discovers an old chest containing Maria’s diary and the letters never received from an American soldier, John Miller. Through these pages, she relives the drama of World War II and her great-aunt’s sacrifices, uncovering family secrets and forgotten truths. In a journey between memory and identity, Elisabetta pieces together the past, discovering a story of love, resilience, and hope, as well as shadows that the family had always kept hidden.
