Director Statement

With creating Self, I wanted to challenge myself by following the protagonist' story using only a single shot, otherwise known as a One-er. With this format, telling the simple story was a load of fun and it gave me extra challenge, such as its unique sound design and making sure all of the important ideas get across the way I have intended.

There's no real way to know or to even anticipate it, regardless this short was a great experience to make that continues my current theme of a person's conflict with themselves and taking a good thing too far until it becomes worse.
