Christian, a man marked by a difficult past, is hospitalized in a psychiatric institution. One day, he receives a visit from Zoe, a thirteen-year-old who we discover is his daughter. Through a series of intense dialogues and flashbacks, the film tells the tragic love story between Christian and Millie, a fragile and misunderstood young woman, victim of a society that has always marginalized her.
