Secrets of Kandahar - Dreams

"Dreams are not just dreams — they’re gateways."

The new epic synthwave / new-wave synthpop music video by Secrets of Kandahar. Lena Baier undergoes a full mechanical transformation to become an android, choosing eternal love with her partner from the distant world of Atlantis Nova. A story where dreams, machines, and fate collide.

DREAMS (2025) is the latest music video from Secrets of Kandahar, where dreams blur the line between humanity and circuitry. This visual journey follows Lena Bajer as she decides to abandon her human form and undergo a complete robotic transformation — all to be eternally united with her beloved from the alien world Atlantis Nova.

The theme resonates with today’s world: transhumanism, humanid bots, artificial intimacy, and the longing for eternal connection. True to the Kandahar universe, the story explores the fusion of deep human emotion with advanced technology — a motif present throughout the project’s previous chapters like Broken Heart and Saucers.

“Dreams” is a lyrical track about sacrifice, longing, escape, and embracing destiny. The official text of the song (as documented in the Secrets of Kandahar – Dreams materials) highlights themes of love, separation, and the search for a place where love can truly exist.

The video combines classic cinematographic tools with advanced AI techniques typical for Secrets of Kandahar’s creative workflow: MidJourney, RunwayML, Stable Diffusion, and other hybrid production methods developed by creator Petr Chroustovský of d3arts.cz.

Director Biography - Petr Chroustovský

Petr Chroustovský, DiS. - graphic designer, game developer, director, digital creator, webmaster, 3D printer and last but not least, ISP network administrator of BEST-NET is a technoptimist who has long been involved in cybernetics, transhumanism and cyberpunk with a bizarre sense of humor. He comes from Jihlava and lives in Hradec Králové, where he has done a number of artistic and audiovisual projects (painting exhibitions, screening of the author's documentary film One Year Garden, author of the adventure game Dark Disharmony, winner of the national photography competition Canon 2008, small literary and journalistic works) and is the creator and owner of the company d3arts.cz. Chroust, as he calls himself, is a prankster and "Army of one man" and his penchant for technology has naturally led him to artificial intelligence, which he also likes to dabble in. For example, you can meet his AI model Lenka Baier on social media. He studied mechatronics at the Secondary School of Industrial, Technical and Automotive Engineering in Jihlava and the Secondary and Higher School of Applied Cybernetics in Hradec Kralove in the field of Computer Art and Design.
