Mr Sanjay B Daiv is a senior advertising professional with more than three decades of experience. Currently he practices brand consultancy in Bengaluru and his native place Kolhapur. He also paints, he has done around 17 group art shows in Kolhapur under the name KALAPRAYOG. This journey to inspire one entire generation of fine artistes and sculptors has been captured in a Marathi book and a documentary KALAPRAYOG.

Mr Sanjay has been fortunate enough to meet some of the great artists from Kolhapur. In an advertising career spanning more than 30 years he has received many national and international awards for his ad campaigns. DESHKARI is his debut short film. It is his story, he has directed and produced it.
