Boris Amado is a writer born in Guatemala City on the celebrated Dia De Los Muertos, November 2nd 1974. In the early 1980s to escape the brutal civil war in Guatemala, Boris's family relocated to Hollywood California, where he and his older brother David, were raised by their single mother Maria Reilly.
