Saint Clair Cemin, Psyche a documentary film following the Brazilian artist over the last five years. Directed by Svetlana Cemin the film represents an intimate portrait of the artist and a deep reflection on the sculptor's journey to make one marble boat. The feature follows the process from the development in the artist's studio in New York all the way to its debut in the Sculpture Garden in Cleveland. Ohio.

Svetlana Cemin, is a producer, director and the founder of 610FILM, a Brooklyn-based film production art-house. She worked as a fashion model and actress prior to becoming a filmmaker. Svetlana Cemin is an award-winning filmmaker raised in Belgrade, Serbia who lives in New York. Her vision is to create experimental art films as well as documentaries and feature films that promote the work of artists and art in general. Her recent director-producer-writer credits include Adam Fuss, A Landscape of Imagination, feature documentary (Hollywood New Directors, Film Festival 2018 Best Documentary and Audience Award); Laura Kaplan, Love is All that Matters, a short film, (winner of best short film in BANEFF Stockholm 2017), LIFF (official competition) LAFF, NYC Film Festival; BURN, short film, a 22-min documentary of an Aussie drag queen, Olympia Bukkakis, Madeleine Hatz, A Royal Vagabond, short documentary and Metamorphosis (Visions du Reel 2019). The latest project Saint Clair Cemin, Psyche and Father Arsenie, feature documentaries were just completed.
Saint Clair Cemin, Psyche was filmed in four different countries over a period of five years. I was privileged to be able to develop the story about making of the masterpiece, a marble boat Psyche, in collaboration with some extraordinarily talented people, my crew inclouding who had made this remarkable journey between China, Brazil, Switzerland, and the USA.
