Who is SAAD JOSEPH GERGES? let’s begin this journey of discovery by taking a trip back in time. Saad was born a Coptic Orthodox christian in Cairo, Egypt raised there till he was 10 yrs old, he then began a journey of his own that would eventually change his life in a direction that he would embrace for the rest of his life. Growing up in the heart of Jersey City, N.J. he adapted the life of a city kid and a hunger to belong and by the age of 18, he was well on his way to becoming a very creative minded young man. Married at the tender age of 23 to a beautiful woman (adalida Gerges) who later became his rock and support system, they both were in love with each other and the idea of venturing out to tensile town (Hollywood) to see how the other half lived, was both their dreams. Although while in California the "film bug " has not bit him yet, Saad would eventually realize that this was his calling, after countless jobs and many unforeseen broken dreams. as well as several years of exploring his dream of being in L.A. He decided to attend film school (Full Sail University) in winter park, FL where he and his young family at the time decided to reside. Upon graduation at the top of his class, he began working with all sorts of media jobs and film productions. Shortly after he began working on several shorts and a feature film that he also acted in as well and never giving up, he opened up his own production company in 2003 and been working on projects ever since. Saad has been working in the production and entertainment industry as a Cinematographer, Director, Editor etc… Saad began working on Music videos and national commercial spots (Mary J. Blige “New York” Pharrell Williams “because I’m happy” EKORB “EKORB’s back” and commercials such as footlocker, Keebler, Pepsi, Cheetos, etc…)
His career in the industry has spanned to multiple levels of production, such as working currently on the Disney series “The right Stuff” and he is slated to direct 3 major films that he is currently attached to. (refer to IMDB page for further information
