Director Biography - Rodrigo Pereira Esteves

Actor, former student in the Theatre course in ESTC - Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema. With some quick works in TV and Films, he worked for 9 months in Teatro Nacional D. Maria II and created two visual shorts - "The Fragmented Journey" and "Casa de Cartas", two pillars to his visual work, now with his Lightning Storm Trilogy.

This is the revamped version for the 2021 experimental feature film SUBMUNDUS.

In a much more condensed and straight-to-the-point cut of the 2021 film SUBMUNDUS, I'm combining acting with my directing and audio mixing skills, in an audiovisual transcendental experience about grief, love, family, and death. It's the independent second chapter in the Lightning Storm Saga
