Director Statement

This project represents who we are.
Both of us directors are linked, through our family history, to the experience of exile and migration. Our heart is with the migrants who suffer abandonment and indifference, hatred and rejection.
Our political conviction is that the discrimination of migrants affects us all, as individuals and as a society. We have put our expertise in telling this story in a different way, with the firm objective of imagining our common bonds and strengthening mutual assistance in this rapid process of loss of rights.
When solidarity is a crime, democracy is in peril.
