Experiencing Interruptions?

SNATCHERS

When desperation meets opportunity, two perpetually broke buddies, Mac and Fettes, fall headfirst into a black market teeming with macabre riches as they seek to make a quick buck by selling the organs of a fresh corpse.

But just as scalpel touches flesh, the corpse wakes up.

Now they have to decide what to do with a not-so-dead body that’s still worth a squillion; while the sharp-witted and mysterious Jane Doe (who may or may not actually be dead) manipulates their fears, sowing discord and forcing the men to confront their morality and desperation.

SNATCHERS delivers a wickedly entertaining tale of greed, deception and the raw unpredictability of human nature. A rollercoaster ride filled with unexpected twists, dark humour and a chilling game of survival.

At its core, the film confronts the issue of exploitation, shedding light on the harsh reality of a late-stage capitalist society where the working class bears the brunt of inequality. Challenging the prevailing notion that anyone can simply "pull themselves up by their bootstraps" whilst exposing the insidious influence of toxic masculinity embedded within the very structures that perpetuate these issues.

But beyond the socio-political commentary, SNATCHERS is a profound examination of friendship under extreme socio-economic pressure, showcasing the secrets we protect, the sacrifices we make, and the fragile bonds that hold us together.
