I'm a filmmaker and actor based in London. I come from Athens, Greece and I'm a graduate of the Department of Theatre Studies of the University of Athens, Greece, the Drama School of the Theatre Art of K. Koun and London Raindance Film School. I teach English Literature, Drama and Film Studies at a Secondary School in London and I have performed in various theatre projects in Greece, Australia and United Kingdom.
This film was born from a desire to explore motherhood beyond its traditional definitions. It examines the emotional, physical, and societal demands placed on women, and questions what it truly means to nurture, care for, and love. As women approach their thirties, they often encounter unspoken expectations and stereotypes that shape how their choices are perceived. This film confronts those pressures, not to provide answers, but to create space for reflection.
At its heart, the film is about love—how it exists within us in quiet, complicated ways, and how it finds expression through connection, sacrifice, distance, and longing. By presenting multiple perspectives, I wanted to honour the complexity of womanhood and challenge the idea that there is a single, correct path to fulfilment. This film invites the audience to reflect on how love is defined, withheld, and ultimately revealed.
