In Ryan Knows Something, I explore how casual gossip can escalate into a clash of perspectives. Set in a gym, the script follows a conversation that exposes contradictions in the way society - and particularly women - talk about men and masculinity. Through a fast-paced exchange, the dialogue shifts from speculation to increasingly absurd explanations. My intention is to highlight how men, too, can be subjected to unrealistic and objectifying standards, sometimes by the same people who criticize these behaviors in other contexts.
