Director Biography - Tomas Pollen Stavik

Tomas Pollen Stavik (b. 1987) is a filmmaker from Tønsberg, Norway. Over the past 18 years, he has been creating film-content on YouTube, developing a personal style that combines visual intensity with a love for storytelling. In addition to producing online work, Stavik has directed three short films, each reflecting his passion for the immersive, transportive power of cinema. For him, movie magic lies in the ability of a film to carry audiences into another world — an ideal he brings to life in Ruins Ignite, shot in the historic surroundings of his hometown.
