Rome: a big city's symphony ( Live sonorized by Roberto G.Pellegrino)
The city of Rome described only through images, from alternative points of view. We will not find postcard landscapes, but a tribute to "Berlin: symphony of a city" (Walter Ruttmann, 1927), in which light is the protagonist, together with music, in representing this immense body-metropolis

Federico Ferrari was born in Rome in April 1978. He comes from a family of travelers, who take him, from the age of 9 months to 18 years around the African continent, following the work of his surveyor father. He discovered his passion for photography at the age of 14 as an assistant photographer at the photographic archive of the National Library. Here he approaches film photography, from shooting to development and printing. Fascinated by the world of light and its usefulness, he approaches the world of television filming by working as a sound engineer and camera operator. He studies passionately and continues to teach himself.
In 2002 he came into contact with Salvatore Braca, producer and director of anthropological and naturalistic documentaries on behalf of Rai. He thus has the opportunity to travel to Italy and return to Africa, where he deepens his investigation into the world. In this period he has the opportunity to work with the director Folco Quilici, from whom he learns many documentary directing techniques.
He currently works as a director or filming operator for the most varied television productions around the world, continuing to show and discover the wonders of the world.
