Director Statement

"My work explores the relationship between acquired synesthesia and multimedia experiences. With influences as diverse as Nietzsche and Frida Kahlo, new synergies are distilled from both traditional and modern meanings.

Ever since I was a teenager I have been fascinated by the endless oscillation of the moment. What starts out as triumph soon becomes manipulated into a tragedy of power, leaving only a sense of unreality and the inevitability of a new understanding.

As intermittent phenomena become clarified through studious and repetitive practice, the viewer is left with a clue to the edges of our culture.”
