Although this is his first feature length production, Paul’s endured a successful 20 year editor’s career in broadcast TV.
Having started producing and editing while studying at UCLA, Paul began working at commercial houses with early directors including Michael Bay, Zach Snyder, David Dobkin and Tony Kent.
With the emergence of non-linear editing, he's edited on influential commercials such as Kobe Bryant’s Adidas Frozen Dunks, music videos including Stone Temple Pilots and Robbie Krieger playing Roadhouse Blues in early HD, editing Pulp Fiction’s first video trailers and cutting promos like his Telly Award winning campaign for BBC’s “The Office” Post It spots.
His newest project, the feature length travel documentary series “Riding Remote… And Alone” combines his two passions of visual story telling and remote adventure riding.
As an early adventure rider, Paul has explored some of the most isolated National Parks, Backcountry Discovery Routes and remote deserts including the Sahara, Vizcaino and the Mojave/ Great Basin.
And as a moto journalist, he's circulated many of his adventure travel stories on worldwide adventure rider websites over the years.
“I’ve created my documentary series "Riding Remote… And Alone" to inspire and entertain others about exploring alone in the remote outdoors". "This show combines a lifetime of wilderness outdoor survival skills including cooking prep, camp setup and gear choices". "The destinations are best kept secrets that are remotely accessible and spectacular in their natural beauty"."These are contemporary adventure travel stories combined with the uniqueness and drama of a motorcycle ride".
