Director Statement

Remembering Brantley is a story about the enduring power of legacy, love, and giving. Brantley was a young man whose life, though tragically cut short, continues to have a profound impact on the world through organ donation and the ongoing humanitarian efforts of his family at the BG Strong charity.

In making this film, I had the privilege of interviewing the Griffin family, who turned their grief into a mission of hope and service. Their strength and determination to keep Brantley’s memory alive through acts of compassion inspired me to share this journey with others.

This film is a reminder of how even in moments of profound loss, there is the potential for profound generosity. Brantley's story offers a glimpse of how one family’s courage can create ripples of change that extend far beyond their own tragedy. I’m honored to share this film and hope it sparks conversations about the beauty of giving and the resilience of the human spirit.
