Director Biography - Connor Brost

Connor Brost is an award winning filmmaker who has been making films since he was in middle school. He started off with an iPad and has progressed to operating cinema cameras such as the Sony FX9, the Black Magic, and even the Red Scarlet. Connor specializes in Directing, Screenwriting, Cinematography, Editing and Acting. His favorite genres include Action/Adventure, Horror, Drama, and Silent Films.

Director Statement

Based off the short story by Lauren Houdsen, "Relativity" is a psychological thriller about an estranged teen who has secret undying lust for his younger sister. This obsession leads to cruel and violent actions when he finds out she's going away to college. "Relativity" was a multiple year process which started in 2020 and finally ended in 2023. The process involved tons of re-writes, a lot of pre-production, rehearsals, sweat, tears, and large files. The most ambitious project of my college career.
