Faith has been writing stories since the age of five and discovered a love a movies not too long after that. This passion led to many embarrassing short films (as well as some not-so-embarrassing ones), a MFA in film, and a career as a freelance editor and writer. She's also trying to shape the minds of future filmmakers as a film instructor at The Art Institute of Tennessee in Nashville.
This film is the first film that I've directed since I did my thesis film nearly 10 years ago. I've spent the past decade writing, editing, and grading other people's work. It was time for me to get back in the director's chair and do a project for myself.
Whether I'm a director, writer, or editor, I believe in strong storytelling. I think great stories are the backbone of entertainment. It's what keeps us coming back to our favorite films, and it's what keeps us filmmakers working to make the best films we can.
