A bodybuilder and personal trainer, Krishna Mankasingh at a young age loved sports and being athletic . His dreams were well on their way at a young age of 20 when he won a provincial title in bodybuiding. Only to have a nightmare happen a year later where he developed Schizophrenia and his health went down the tubes. He gained 150 lbs of fat from the medications and developed diabetes and a heart condition. His Doctor said he could die in 2 month or up to 2 years . Then he took matters into his own hands and lost 150 lbs via walking, diet and went through 2 surgeries of skin removal to end up on stage at the age now of 38, competing in a bodybuilding show and winning it.
He returned to work after realizing the bodybuilding and re-learning how to socialize again with people. He was recluse for nearly 20 year’s so this was a big and important step to his mental health and the result is this documentary.
